This document containing the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies on all our websites in the domain: bws-expo.com has been created and adopted by the company BWS EXPO PLUS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Suchy Las at: 51 Obornicka Street, 62-002 Suchy Las, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, kept by the District Court Poznań- Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0000459272, NIP: 9721243803, REGON 302409712, (hereinafter referred to as the „Company”) in order to: 

to emphasize the special importance we attach to the issue of protecting the privacy of users visiting our Service, 

to provide Users with information regarding the use of cookies on this Website, as required by the provisions of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law (Dz.U.2017.1907 t.j.), hereinafter referred to as the „Telecommunications Law”. 

The following are the rules for the collection and use of user information applicable to the Site, as well as to the placement of orders for the service provided electronically, the object of which is to provide - without any charge therefor - newsletters. 

We assure you that our overriding goal is to provide the Service Users with privacy protection at a level that at least meets the standards set forth in applicable laws, in particular in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data (RODO), as well as the Law of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law of July 16, 2004. We also assure you that we are committed to complying with applicable laws, especially those that protect the privacy of website users. 

At the same time, we stipulate that links may be provided within the Service to enable Users to reach other websites directly. The Company has no influence on the privacy policy of the administrators of these sites, nor on the policy of using cookies, and is not responsible for them. 

What information does the site collect about users and how do they use it? 

The Service limits the collection and use of information about their users to the minimum required to provide services to them at the desired level, in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on Provision of Electronic Services. In particular, when collecting personal data, we single out those whose provision is actually necessary to provide the service electronically. The provision of other personal data (i.e., data that are not necessary for the provision of the service electronically) is not mandatory, it is at the discretion of the person to whom the data pertains, and their processing by the Company depends on the person's consent. 

We emphasize that only in some cases, such as when subscribing to free newsletters, surveys or order forms, do we collect more detailed information about users, such as email addresses or other personal information (see also the answer to the next question). 

We assure you that any personal information, if collected through the Service, is primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the Company's obligations to Customers (e.g., this applies to subscribed messages). This information is not shared with third parties unless: after obtaining the prior express consent of the data subjects to do so, or if the obligation to provide such data results (will result) from legal regulations. 

We would also like to remind you that the Company, as the controller of personal data within the meaning of the RODO, may contractually entrust the processing of data collected within the Service to other entities on the basis of Article 31 of the aforementioned Act. 

How does the company use information from order forms for free newsletters, other forms and surveys conducted on the site? 

As part of the service, it is possible to subscribe to electronic and free newsletters issued by the Company. This requires providing an e-mail address in the corresponding form. This field is mandatory. The data obtained in the above manner is added to the e-mailing list. The e-mail address is necessary in order to be able to send the reader the newsletter he/she has ordered. 

Customers„ contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary (e.g. when they need to confirm an order). At any time, users of the Service who have subscribed to the newsletter have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving it; see the answer to the question ”How to opt-out of our selected services?" below. 

Other information is used to determine the profile of people using the Service and ordering newsletters and allows us to better tailor the content of the Service and newsletters to the needs of people using this form of information. However, their processing is always carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on Providing Electronic Services (see also the answer to the next question). 

What is a cookie? 

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or other mobile device when you use websites, as defined by Article 173 of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law and RODO. These files are used, among other things, for the use of various functions provided on a given website or to confirm that a given user has seen certain content from a given website.

For what purposes does the company use cookies on its website? 

Among the cookies can be distinguished those that are necessary for the operation of the service. Cookies belonging to this category are used to provide, among other things, monitoring of service availability. Another category of cookies, are those that, although not necessary for the use of the Company's Service, facilitate its use. They are used to enable: restoring the last visited view; restoring the user's session; checking whether the cookie record is functioning properly; setting the preferred language, currency, font size and other such properties to facilitate the use of the application. 

The Company also uses third parties, the list of which is constantly changing, which use cookies for the following purposes:

We stipulate that the Service does not collect, monitor, or verify information about the age of its visitors or other information that, if collected, would allow us to determine whether a User (including recipients and users of e-mailing lists or survey participants) has legal capacity. 

What safeguards does the company use? 

The Service is provided with security measures to protect the data under our control from loss, misuse or modification. We undertake to protect any information disclosed to us by customers in accordance with standards of security protection and confidentiality. 

The rights of access to the personal data of service users have been restricted in a restrictive manner, so that the information does not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. Only a limited number of authorized employees of the Company have access to personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the executive act issued on its basis. 

The Company's Service provides Users with the option to opt out of receiving newsletters ordered from the Company. The Service provides Users with the option to remove information about themselves from our database and will allow them to stop receiving information sent via emails. This can be done by following the instructions included in the content of the messages sent by us. 

Could there be changes to the privacy policy? 

The development of our Service, technological advances, as well as changes in legislation may make it necessary, or even legally obligatory, to make changes to our existing privacy policy. If such changes take place, we will inform Service Users about them immediately, under the „Privacy Policy.
